With this country being hit so badly with tornadoes, flooding, and wild fires in recent weeks and months and so many people loosing their homes and contents. I have come in contact with a LARGE number of unmounted stamps and would like to help stampers begin to build up their stamps. If you know of any one, please leave me a comment or e-mail me and I will get back in touch with you. If you do e-mail me, please use "stamp donation" or "stamping victim" in the subject line.
Thank you and God Bless,

Side step card
Though this is a scan and not a photo, I think it shows, fairly well. You can see some of the glitter that I put on the hearts (heart circles nestabilities). The hugs was cut out twice using a Sizzix die and then I offset it. The top hug is out of cork.
I had fun doing this card and hoping the recipient, will enjoy getting it.
Thanks for dropping in and I hope all is well in your household. I know many places in the US has had their share of difficulties. . .flooding, tornadoes, forest fires.
hugs and Prayers,

Hello
Greetings. . . I know it has been nearly a month since, my last post, and I don't want to give any excuses. I have done lots of thinking I "ought" to post and then the day is gone. I have been stamping, in between trying to work in the yard, getting a flower garden made, and my vegetable gardens planted, in between the odd weather we have been having, and dealing with pain, that just is.
Here is a card, I made with a stamp by Amy. I know she is working on a blog to show her stamps, but for now, if you see any images that you like, e-mail her. As you can see I used an embossing folder, border punch, and a nestabilitie die.
I think this card could be sent to anyone and for most occasions. I haven't decided who, I will send this to, but I am thinking of making a few more.
Thank you, for taking a look and hoping you are getting some time, to make a card or two.
God Bless,
Inkyhive

Happy Birthday
Hello, here is a birthday card, I just completed. The scan is a bit light and can't figure out how to get it darker to show the coloring better. I stamped the bench and the grass, did the clouds. I colored and cut out the Tilda image (some one sent me a few images) and then I attached her to the bench. I punched out the flowerpot and then stamped the flowers.
I hope every one is doing well and nice Spring weather has come to your town.
Hugs and Prayers, to one and all. . .

Happy Retirement
Hello, one and all. I am glad to say, I am feeling much much better. I had some kind of bug for the past several weeks.
I spent the morning making a card, Mr. Inky requested. I am pleased with how it turned out and think the recipient will smile when he opens the envelope. What do you think?
This week-end we are going to the Sayner Stampede and I am so looking forward to it! It is about 4 hours northwest of us and the country is so beautiful. There is a used stamp sale, stamp classes and convention. I have several boxes of supplies packed up and hope things sell. I parted with things that I have not used for a couple of years. . .time to make room, for new items, IF I see any! hee-he Since, there is no real stamp store locally, I hope I will see new items and new ideas. The closest LSS (local stamp store) is 2 hours from here and I don't get there very often and now with the price of gas and everything else going up, well. . .times might be even fewer.
Thank you, for taking a look and I hope to be back again, real soon!

AJ's stamps
I thought it might be helpful, if I scanned the stamps AJ gave me to make cards a few weeks ago.
If you wanted any, you could order them all at the same time and save on postage or ask questions at the same time. Just e-mail AJ. I'm not sure why they don't show up in real size, unless they will, after I post this. . .

100% back. . .yippee
I am so happy, to say, that my computer is up and running and all is working great AND I found my software program CD's and did not have to buy a new printer! Yes, I am a very happy camper. Now, I need to play catch-up on the oodles of e-mails that I received in the last week and a half. Most likely, I will not got through all of them, just way to many, but I will do my best.
I hope you didn't get the blizzard (officially a snowstorm) that we did here in NE Wisconsin Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday evening. I have no idea at how much snow we got, but I would guess at least 12 inches if not more! It was so wet and heavy, with strong blowing winds. It wouldn't have been too bad, except I had to drive into Green Bay Wednesday to pick up Mr. Inky at the airport, for his flight was to come in at 7:25 pm. Well, my neighbor cleaned out my drive way, so I could get out, but since I wasn't sure how long I would be able to get out, I decided to leave home at 2 pm. It normally takes 20 minutes to get to the outskirts of Green Bay and it took me 60 minutes plus! It was absolutely the worst and it was only by the grace of God that I made it to town and not getting caught in a rut and taken off the road. Hind sight is always better and I should have let Mr. Inky know I couldn't make it and for him to get a hotel room, when he got to the airport. Well, since I went in soooo early, I thought I would go shopping/looking. Half the stores I was going to go into, closed early, due to the weather! Oh My! I did find a couple of places, one was Michael's and I spent about an hour in there and did find a couple of things. I did stop and get something to eat and I went to the airport so I was there at 7 o'clock. Then the wait began, I can't tell you how many times the flight was changed by a few minutes and then a few minutes more and on and on. Finally by 10 o'clock the flight was in and the weather had changed 100% and the roads had really been cleaned, though still had to go slow, due to the ice build up. You see, we got freezing rain with the blowing snow. Say, have you ever heard of "Thunder snow"?!? I hadn't, but I have experienced it! We had thunder and lightening during the storm. . .in fact, I woke up Tuesday night to the light and noise and got up thinking it was pouring down rain. It wasn't, it was snowing. Any way, yesterday was a bright and beautiful day and it looks like today will too and the snow will hopefully soon be gone. It looks like it is the middle of winter again. And, to think last week-end, we had crocus blooming and daffodils and tulips coming up! Okay, guess, I shared enough on that!
Here is a no stamping birthday card. I hope the recipient likes it!
This is the front. . .The papers are ages old, from a stamp store that closed in 2003 and where under the heading of Red Hat Ladies. I bought the ladybug at Micheal's and the wording is a label sticker!
Here is the inside. . .
